Would you like to join the green car revolution? Are you concerned about global warming? Would you like to leave a cleaner planet for your children? Are you angry about supporting people who hate us with the money you give them at the gas pump? Would you like to be free forever from the hassle of buying gas? Would you like to power your car with pollution free solar power? Would you like to save money on your transportation? An electric car can do all of this for you. You don’t have to wait for some big company in a foreign country to do this in 5 years. Electric Blue Motors is making electric cars that are available now.We engineer and manufacture the components at the heart of electric car conversions. That inside knowledge has also given us the ability to convert almost any kind of gas-powered vehicle to electric. What’s more, our engineering skills have created efficiencies that allow us to offer our products and services at remarkably affordable prices.

Electric Blue Motors, Inc. (”Electric Blue”) was formed in September 2007 to address the opportunities now available for lower cost electric vehicles.  It has the expertise to design, manufacture, sell and install the components necessary to convert gasoline powered vehicles to electric powered vehicles that perform more like gasoline powered vehicles, but don’t have the extravagant costs of the other available electric cars.  In addition they design, manufacture and sell componenets for other battery powered devices, and provide engineering services for electric vehicles.

University Sponsorship

Electric Blue Motors is sponsoring 4 electrical engineering students at Northern Arizona University in their senior Capstone project to convert a Land Rover to Electric. We are providing the facility, equipment and guidance for their project. They are also sponsored by Northern Arizona University, Arizona Public Service (our local electric company), Universal Power Group (batteries) and Highway 85 Graphics. As part of their project, they will be designing their own DC motor controller which may become a future Electric Blue product. Their design will be smaller and significantly less expensive than similar controllers on the market.
