Flagship Biosciences LLC was founded in 2009 by David Young DVM DACVP DABT and Frank Voelker DVM DACVP MS, two experienced pharmaceutical pathologists who together saw the need for high quality application of digital pathology technology. The company recently moved from Boulder, Colorado to Flagstaff, Arizona, to take advantage of an attractive economic climate in a university town, with the advantages offered by NACET for highly secure laboratory and data center operations.
