Arizona High Desert Spirits Distillery and Mogollon Brewing have launched a number of sustainable-technology initiatives related to the production of beer and high-end, distilled consumer products. These initiatives include the Arizona Synthetic Fuels Project, as well as CO2 capture and value-added products. Mogollon is also working on innovative new packaging solutions to reduce consumer and industrial waste in the beverage industry.
