Gemini Drive Flagstaff, AZ 86001Lean Manufacturing encompasses a set of process improvement techniques that, when implemented, shorten the time between customer order and factory shipment, by eliminating waste. By implementing Lean principles, your company can improve efficiencies, reduce waste, increase profitability, and provide customers with high quality products at competitive prices. The workshop will include lecture and live simulation to demonstrate lean manufacturing.
Richard’s background includes many years of manufacturing experience in roles such as Product Manager and Sales Manager. Before joining Arizona MEP, Richard was the Director of Sustainability at Northern Arizona University. He was also the founding President of the Northern Arizona Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology.
