Specifications and Rates for Our New Facility in Flagstaff’s Innovation Park

NACET manages a state-of-the-art, high-tech incubator facility on McMillan Mesa, located in the City of Flagstaff’s new Innovation Park, next to the U.S. Geological Survey campus. This partnership with the City is part of a broader City of Innovation initiative underway to highlight the innovative spirit of northern Arizona and the advantages the region offers.

The NACET facility, which serves as our new regional headquarters, features 10,000 square feet of leaseable office, lab, and shared space. It has been designed for maximum flexibility to accommodate tenants in the life sciences, sustainable technologies, and information technology. Space is available on a year-to-year basis for approved NACET clients. Units will range in size from about 140 to 300 square feet.
