Can I lease space in the Innovation Park facility?

s Only NACET resident clients are eligible to lease office and/or lab space in our new facility.

Shared Space & Equipment

In addition to state-of-the-art furnished offices and labs, the NACET facility will feature a conference room with videoconferencing and advanced A/V equipment, a telecom closet, and a break room. Resident clients can share a photocopier and FAX machine, equipment for report binding, and a display for conference use. The facility will be wired for high-speed data transmission. Tenants and their clients will enjoy ample free parking.

Other amenities will include a furnished outdoor patio with spectacular views of the San Francisco Peaks. Showers will be available for bike commuters and runners. Buffalo Park — along with miles of trails for bikers, hikers, and runners — is just steps from our back door. The USGS campus, also next door, offers a standing public exhibit of space exploration, astronomy, regional geography, and (of course) geology.

Client Services

NACET will provide reception, mail, and UPS shipping/receiving service, along with access to clerical support. We also cover basic janitorial and maintenance services.
